She handled the major details of listing my home, took care of the small ones, such as dealing with my HOA and permit issues with the city, and helped position my listing in such a way that it got maximum exposure and many competitive offers.

Shari was EXTREMELY responsive. We looked at LOTS of homes, and had a wide range of acceptable criteria, making her really have to sift through tons of choices to find us interesting homes in our price range. She is especially good in the North Bay area, Novato, Petaluma, etc, but also knew about/did her homework in the central/southern Marin area where we were looking. Honestly, we knew the area very well and were pinpointing our needs geographically, so we didn't rely much on her area knowledge much.
Due to a timing issue (I was selling a home simultaneously), Shari's first choice of Title Company needed to be changed. Her second choice had a few glitches that made the close more difficult than it needed to be. To be fair, I was using an internet based bank, and I really don't know where the fault lies (my bank or the escrow officer), but long story short, numbers were wrong at the signing, a $12k payment I'd made to escrow was lost and when I pointed it out at signing, they found it, and fixed the paperwork, but that ended up causing a glitch with the bank as they didn't have all the banking information for the account it had been drawn on, which held up the close three days. In the midst of stress and strain, I felt that my agent should have mediated and tracked the process to ensure it was on track, but now in hindsight, realistically those professionals (bank and escrow) should have been capable of managing it themselves. So maybe I was expecting too much of my agent, I don't know.
Shari was always professional, courteous, helpful, intelligent, insightful, supportive, available, creative, and honest. I would certainly use her again.
